These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Gras Lawn LLC (“Gras Lawn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

SMS Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Gras Lawn.

Messages may include:

  • Conversational messages;
  • Responses to questions or inquiries;
  • Follow-up messages;
  • Scheduling and service-related communications;
  • Service updates; and
  • Billing inquiries.

Gras Lawn’s SMS program is intended for conversational and service-related communications, not unsolicited marketing.

Opting In

You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile telephone number and agreeing to receive SMS communications through a Gras Lawn form or during an email conversation with a Gras Lawn representative.

By opting in, you confirm that:

  • You are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided;
  • You authorize Gras Lawn to send text messages to that number; and
  • You have reviewed these SMS Terms and Conditions and the Gras Lawn SMS Privacy Policy.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Gras Lawn.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your communications, inquiries, scheduled services, and account activity.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Gras Lawn does not charge a separate fee for participating in its SMS program.

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Gras Lawn text message.

After replying STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive additional SMS messages unless you later provide consent again.

You may also request removal from the SMS program by contacting Gras Lawn directly.
